NETWORK STATUS: Extreme weather conditions including lightning has just struck near one of our Metro Network sites in central Palmerston North causing core equipment to reboot. Everything seems to be back to normal now. ⛈️

NETWORK STATUS: Customers who have their security cameras hosted or managed by us on the NX Witness platform will be having their software upgraded to version 6 of the operating system over the next 24 hours. No down time is expected during the upgrade.

NETWORK STATUS: During 2.00pm and 2.45pm this afternoon we experienced a routing issue with some Internet traffic that affected a small portion of our network. The issue was identified and resolved by 2.45pm. We apologise for the inconvenience. All systems go! 🛜

NETWORK STATUS: 📢 Temporary Adjustment to Spam Defence System.
As part of our ongoing efforts to protect our email systems from spam, we use a third party service called SpamCop to check for blacklisted servers known for sending out spam. Today, we identified that Microsoft servers were mistakenly listed by SpamCop, resulting in some customers of theirs having emails being blocked by us.
To ensure continued communication, we have disabled SpamCop while we work through this issue. We're actively monitoring the situation and will re-enable this service once Microsoft has been delisted.
